Operated independently across the country to advise senior leadership at organizational levels on training required to be successful in any operation environment. Advising that same leadership where their subordinates were falling short of task specified by the United States Army. Documented all interactions with training execution and evaluations to report back to both Army senior leadership as well as my organic organization senior leadership.

Managed three teams consisting of 42 personnel assigning multiple tasks as a supervisor across multiple countries to include Korea and Afghanistan. Enabled teams to operate independently with little supervision due to the skills and discipline that I instilled in each subordinate leader.

Trusted to lead andinstruct over 1,920 new recruits over a two year period developing training, ensuring quality of education, and basic understanding of their chosen profession to send across the United States Army to become meaningful and useful members of the force.

Maintained student academic records, attendance, administrative actions and completion of mandatory training of 1,200 recruits in initial training. Ensured that each trainee and there supervisors were well informed of their academic shortcomings and managing training to ensure it was completed.

• Supervised Two Teams of Seven Members each through a plethora of task to include maintenance, accountability, training and enforcing regulations and standards.

Coached, taught, mentored and ensured the health and welfare of six team members through out challenging and complex tasks. Managed training, time, and personal administrative actions to ensure readiness of each member of the team resulting in 100% readiness for all tasks disseminated to the team level
