  • Acted as the main product owner for an Airtable base, responsible for all aspects of feature development within the database. This includes meeting with stakeholders to gather requirements all the way through to the full development, implementation and testing process - it's a full stack style role in the very small pond of a single relational database.

  • Worked in a fast-changing environment on multiple different focus areas, applying my technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to fulfill whatever role was most needed at the time. This included:
  • Acted as a tier 3 customer-facing support agent, specializing in unique, unreported, or difficult to diagnose technical problems. This role directly interfaced with the product & tech teams to write JIRA bug tickets, communicate with developers & project managers with user updates, investigate systems to help uncover root cause, and work with users for any additional required testing or fixes.
  • Acted as the main point of contact for several third-party international businesses to coordinate the outgoing delivery of digital artwork and video materials, receive completed product design to submit for further approval, and communicate any required changes, as well as maintained broadcast schedules for multiple time zones via custom-defined functions. This role required working directly with employees across language barriers in a manner that maintained customer satisfaction while also ensuring materials were handled in accordance with complex terms and regulations.
  • Development and distribution of reporting across multiple lines of business with a focus on leveraging Excel and other low-code tools for data engineering, analysis, and presentation. This featured both fully automated, self-service data endpoints, as well as ad-hoc analysis to answer a specific data question or identify patterns. Technologies used in service of this include but are not limited to: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Platform (specifically Query, Automate, BI, and Apps), Sharepoint Online, and some rudimentary Python.
