What I learned is meaning of teamwork with other co-workers to get the task done, Hardship when it comes to fall and winter and my supervisors see me as trustworthy to get job done

• Greeted customers with smile and provided friendly, knowledgeable service, wrote down and reported any suspicious activity as well as complaints to dispatchers. Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed and inspect elevator communicator's to make sure they were operational.
• I learned lot in seven years in my career I learned what it is like to do customer service and have calm personality, to keep calm, to make sure everyone feels calm in face of conflict and quickly act as soon as possible. Achievement I gained was perfect attendance where I never called out sick in year, where I showed dedication at my job.
