• Perform product deliveries along assigned routes.
•Every morning I perform pre trip inspections on the assigned equipment, such checking tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water, and request service and repairs as needed.
• I deliver product to different locations as directed by our customers orders.

• As a driver i comply with traffic laws and obey transportation and traffic procedures. Followed transportation policies, DOT regulations, food/personal safety regulations, and company policies and procedures for personnel.
• As a driver part of my duties were to report mechanical problems, delays, accidents or other traffic situations to base location as needed.

• As a driver i also deal with customer concerns and issues, then relay the issues and concerns back to my supervisors if needed.

• As District HSE Manager some of my tasks were to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes and materials.
• I also oversaw accident investigations to assure they were being done properly, to identify causes and to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future.
• I investigated conditions that could affect employee health, comfort, or performance and evaluated workplace environments, equipment and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
• As district HSE manager I also conducted safety training, company compliance training and education programs, also demonstrated the use of safety equipment and helped provide new-employee health and safety orientations and develop materials for these presentations.
• Also Worked with federal, state and local regulatory agencies to ensure we stayed compliant.
• As the district HSE manager one of my accomplishments is maintaining 0%TRIR for 2014, the district has went over 630 days without an OSHA recordable incident under my leadership.

• I investigated accidents to assist in identifying causes and makes recommendations how such accidents may be prevented in the future.

• As a field safety trainer, I trained all employees to operate hydraulic fracturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• I also held daily safety meetings and addressed safety issues as they arose.

• I drove, maintained and operated hydraulic fracturing equipment.
• I also assisted in the rigging up of all the necessary equipment up to the customers well to fracture as needed.
• I worked with the crane operators to load and unload supply boats and assisted the drill floor with the loading and unloading of drill pipe and casing.
• I also helped maintain good house keeping throughout the rig.
