I have been working since I was 16 years old, but while I was in High School I was someone who didn't make friends easily and I wasn't that great at talking to people. When I turned 16 years old I got my first job at the sonic drive-in. I have always had the personality that made me want to be the best in the room no matter what it was I was doing. I took my first job as the opportunity to start enhancing my people and leadership skills which turned out very well for me. I learned how to communicate with my team, lead my team, and become the guy everyone wanted on their crew. After spending 7 years in management in the food industry I left and became a carpenter in the union and was working at nuclear plants and oil refinery's. I left the union so I could come back home and be around my kids which led me into my sales job. While being in sales I learned even more how to talk to people and I lead a group of salesmen and I went onto win number 1 salesmen, recruiter, and demonstrator in arkansas and oklahoma area. My passion has always been law enforcement so after getting out of sales I took a position at the Franklin County Detention Center and worked my way up into the Jail Administrator position where I was in charge of 2 sergeants, 1 corporal, 16 jailers, and 106 inmates.
