Being a product specialist required that I understand each department of the store and expand my knowledge of all the product types offered by the store. All of this would entail that I meet financial goals, in doing so I needed to:

• Research product’s technical specifications and accurately communicated the information.
• Log phone numbers and email addresses to contact customers for follow-ups.
• Assist with the demonstration of each product to showcase its functionality.
• Ask appropriate open-ended questions to discover prospects' needs and requirements.
• Deliver a high level of service to clients to both maintain and extend the relationships for future business opportunities.
• Communicate regularly with territory, regional and strategic managers for daily support and strategic planning for accounts.
• Maintain my assigned quota of the month, typically exceeding the minimum required by at least 10%.

• Obtained documents, clearances, certificates and approvals from local, state and federal agencies.
• Build connections with non-profit organizations, most notably rebuilt the connection with Operation Safehouse.
• Manage and relay messages to over 100 members.
