Hello Eric! I am writing this addition to give you some insight on the reasoning for my interest in this position. Growing in this business has been a whirlwind of ups and downs, excitement and defeat. It has brought a new meaning into my life to become a better sales person, a better father, a better spouse and I continue to grow more and more each day. I have learned valuable lessons in the car business but when i go home and evaluate myself I still have the hunger to be so much more. I feel like theres something more that I was meant to do and meant to be. I learned of the up and coming position vacancy and something told me that I had to go for it. I truly believe that I can make a positive impact that may have fell lackluster in the recent years. One thing i do know is my passion for this place hasn't changed and I want to use my skills to make an even more positive impact to my team, my managers, my customers and the dealership as a whole. Ill admit that im not as skilled with the complete service aspect just yet but Im absolutely open minded and eager to learn every detail of what goes on in the back to make us more dominate as a whole. I possess a skill that cant be learned and that's the ability to defuse harsh situations without hesitation and with extreme confidence. Over the years I have been contacted by countless customers of mine and others that theres something missing from the leadership and overall demeanor of the service dept. I know that I would be an excellent fit to fill that void. We don't have anyone like me back there. I know I can bring the team together, figure out solutions to problems , take care of our valuable techs and dispatchers and bring a fresh energy and rejuvenation to our dealership.
