- Directed efforts to transition FBCNL from a dying church of 25 into a thriving and outwardly focused church with young adults and youth. .
- Managed and developed a staff of 5 people.
- Trained and implemented healthy church culture benchmarks.
- Worked in coordination with the Stanly Montgomery Baptist Association, by serving on the Missions Team and leading a monthly Pastors prayer meeting.
- By God's grace, increased average worship attendance from 30 to 90 over the past 5 years.
- Lead FBCNL to average 10 salivations and 8 baptisms per year over 5 year tenure.
- Hired a part time youth direct or and children's director which resulted in a 1000% growth in young people over my tenure.
