-(Captain) Led the establishment of an 8th fire station in Ramstein Air Base's response district to mitigate broken aggregate response times while managing a 4-man engine crew daily.
-(Engineer) Crafted High Rise response plans and tactics for Osan Air Base Fire Department; Inspected 6 facilities and authored incident action plans for each.
- (Firefighter) Managed technical rescue program at Osan Air Base Fire Department; Additionally facilitated rescue technician certification for 10 more firefighters throughout PACAF.
- (Firefighter) Guided annual hose testing at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Federal Fire Department, Hawaii. Certified 11K feet of hose and nozzles for 7 fire stations and 15 emergency vehicles.
