Summary

After serving in United States Air Force for 20 years, I am preparing to transition to the civilian sector. I have extensive experience in the Civil Engineer career field including construction inspection and management. My Air Force career has given me experience in true "cradle to grave" project programming, planning, award, management, inspection, acceptance and closeout procedures for military construction project. I have managed everything from individual projects to billion-dollar construction portfolios. I currently lead a 47-member engineering and design element which oversees a $646M portfolio in execution of Tyndall Air Force bases $4.2B "Installation of the Future" rebuild plan after the devastation caused to the installation after Hurricane Micheal. I have experience working closely with the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC). I also have years of experience in AutoCAD, GIS and surveying (optical and GPS).
