I have supported this company across various tour dates and live events, assisting with the loading, unloading, transportation, setup, operation, and teardown of production equipment. I have worked in fast-paced concert and event environments where efficiency, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail were essential to keeping productions on schedule.

My responsibilities have included assisting with load-ins and load-outs, moving and organizing production equipment, and helping prepare stages and event spaces for performances. I have experience assisting with the installation and setup of video walls, including helping position, assemble, connect, and prepare video equipment for shows. After performances, I have also assisted with the safe teardown, packing, organization, and removal of video and production equipment.

I have worked as a Head Backline Technician, taking responsibility for making sure the backline is fully prepared and ready for artists and their crews. This includes preparing and organizing instruments, amplifiers, drums, keyboards, stands, microphones, cables, and other stage equipment according to the production's requirements. I help ensure that all equipment is properly positioned, connected, tested, and functioning before soundcheck and showtime.

As Head Backline Technician, I work directly with artists, musicians, stage personnel, and production crews to ensure their equipment needs are met and that transitions between soundcheck, rehearsals, and the live performance run smoothly. I troubleshoot equipment issues, make necessary adjustments, coordinate equipment changes, and help maintain an organized and efficient stage environment throughout the production.

Throughout these productions, I have worked alongside touring crews, production managers, audio engineers, video technicians, backline personnel, stagehands, and other event staff. I am comfortable working under tight schedules and adapting quickly to changing production requirements. My experience has given me a strong understanding of the coordination and teamwork required to successfully prepare and execute live concerts and events from load-in through soundcheck, showtime, and final load-out.

I was responsible for assisting with the preparation, setup, and operation of lighting systems for live shows, concerts, performances, and special events. My duties included making sure all lighting equipment, fixtures, control systems, cables, and accessories were properly installed, tested, and ready before each event. I worked closely with the lighting designer in charge to help execute the creative lighting design and ensure that all production requirements were met.

I assisted with pre-show preparations, including focusing and positioning lighting fixtures, running and organizing cables, checking connections, addressing technical issues, and completing lighting checks to ensure everything was functioning properly. I also helped troubleshoot and resolve equipment or system problems before and during performances to minimize interruptions and maintain a smooth production.

I was responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while ensuring that all equipment, tools, and materials were properly maintained and ready for use. My responsibilities included loading and unloading trucks, receiving incoming shipments, inspecting materials and equipment, and making sure everything was stored in its designated location.

I also handled the receiving, preparation, and return of rental equipment, ensuring that all rental items were properly documented, inspected, cleaned, and accounted for before being released to customers or returned to storage. I assisted with organizing inventory, keeping track of equipment and supplies, and ensuring that the warehouse remained efficient and easy to navigate.

In addition, I helped maintain equipment and reported any damaged, missing, or malfunctioning items to ensure issues were addressed promptly. I worked closely with coworkers and other departments to coordinate deliveries, pickups, rentals, and inventory needs while following proper safety procedures and maintaining a productive work environment.
