  • When an online order is made It's my job to go into the warehouse and collect the contents of the order and take it to the packing station.
  • At the packing station I will put the order into the specified box and cushion it with packing paper or bubble wrap. Then I print the shipping label and put it onto the box and send it to be shipped.
  • When a shipping container arrives by large truck I help in unloading the container, often using a conveyer belt or pallet jack. After which I will sort the items into pallets by size, color, style, etc. After which I wrap them up in plastic wrap to be taken into inventory.
  • on the assembly it is my job to put items properly into their box or kit. Or I will help make sure the assemblers have the inventory they need.
  • I use either manual pallet jacks or electric pallet jacks to move large items on pallets to either the shipping container, or to location.
  • When the product is properly sorted I put the items into location and put their location into the warehouse database using the warehouse apps and bluetooth barcode scanners.
