  • Supervised Junction City’s emergency project, adding additional HVAC units to ensure network stability for 17,950 RGU’s, while overseeing the management of 42,087 RGU’s in Salina.
  • Manage and direct onsite technicians and sub-contractors from implementation to completion of projects at Junction City and Salina critical network facilities.
  • Spearheaded the transition of 12,015 CHSI customers in Salina and 7,416 CHSI customers in Junction City from legacy 10K systems to Cisco CBR8 systems.
  • Drove the successful migration of over 100 AGG switch connections across 18 devices in the Nexus projects for both Salina and Junction City.
  • Intervened in the Microwave project with the KBI internet circuit, realigning the team and roles to ensure project success, preventing a potential failure.
  • Utilizes project management tools such as WATTS, Asana, Gantt charts, Kanban, Excel, project charters, PowerPoint, OKRs, status reports, ROAM analysis, retrospectives, product backlog, sprint planning, etc.
  • Ensures network facility remains compliant with GR-1275 CORE industry standards.
  • Experienced with Nokia/ALU, Cisco, Ciena, Harmonic, Innotrans, Commscope, Telcordia, and many other technologies.
  • Drove node action projects in Junction City to increase the city’s node count from 41 to 62 in just six months.
  • Prevented disaster at Junction City facility when multiple HVAC’s failed by engaging vendors, various cross functioning internal teams to get emergency orders through and 3 additional HVAC’s added by weeks end, saving the facility from system failure.
