I worked for SMC from 1995-1999 and again from 2008-2021. I worked as a mold technician for roughly 14 years in that span. I was the mold technician in the clean room at the Amery facility for roughly 8 years. I worked closely with many departments from scheduling, tool room, production, automation and maintenance. I made sure jobs were set up and running, cycle times were running up to speed, production times were met on time. Trained new mold technicians and operators. I worked closely with Quality Control to assure parts met our quality standards. I ran samples in the class 5 clean room at the Somerset facility when they needed help. I have many years of management experience in various jobs.
