I work managing bottom to top constructing a house we make house and I’m in charge oh getting all the materials and supplies the guys need and once the next step is needed I call the guys to go do the job and make sure they do it right and go right behind them and make sure inspection pass and always see what mistakes were done to learn from them and have no mistakes in future projects
