Brandon Reasor

I currently work as an electrician apprentice as my second job in addition to firefighting. I assist a Master Electrician at wiring, installing lights, replacing outlets and switches, and installing panels. I also do any other assorted duties among which are charging batteries, repairing broken items and operating drills, saws, and cutting tools.

My current job is firefighter/EMT. My duties include rescue, fire suppression, ventilation, commercial vehicle operation, EMS, maintenance, and training. I have experience with operating trucks of a a GVWR of up to 46,000 lbs as well as pumps, rescue equipment, tools, air bags, ladders and all assorted equipment. I also have experience working with the public and providing customer service.

I worked as an EMT for Ellis County EMS right out of fire school while I was testing around for fire departments. My duties there included driving and operating ambulances, responding to calls, patient care, equipment maintenance, transfers, and working with other agencies and the public.

While finishing high school and saving for fire school I worked for Jenkins Angus as a ranch hand/ farmer. My job there included working cattle, operating feed pickups, tractors, skid steers, zero turn mowers, hay swathers, building fence, operating plows, and discs and wheat drills. I also helped herd, repair broken equipment and drove wheat trucks and pulled gooseneck hay and stock trailers.

I started and owned my own detailing business. I operated steam cleaners, vacuums, and used the various chemicals and detergents required. I was meticulous and thorough, and always did the very best job I could. I cleaned everything from trucks to tractors and cars, and I always had good business.
