• Maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines, & pneumatic machines by clearing product jams, addressing hit damage issues, adjusting press fit depth as well as adjusting air pressure, replacing machine sensors and amplifiers.
• Basic knowledge of stamping presses, plating/strip lines and CNC machines. This includes replacing hoses, plumbing, motors, oil pumps, heating elements and verifying oil levels.
• Knowledge of general and specific tools and gauges such as voltage meters and, drop down gauges. Rewiring, adding new Molex connectors and testing fuses. Weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance on machines.
