Leadership Experience

I have been a leader in the field since day one. My whole philosophy is and has been client-centered, but also eager to assist staff improve their skills as well. Additionally, I have completed a year one Leadership Roundtable with Triune Leadership Services and have been managing a staff of 60 and 72 clients for the past 7.5 years.

Communication Skills

As a natural communicator I excel in both individual and group work as well as motivating staff and connecting with donors. In addition, I have been privileged to publicly share my testimony and speak on behalf of my agency, of which I am honored to represent.
