  • I am currently a tactician for the Miami and Austin geofence. I have had to learn I have had to learn from scratch beginning with our zip team and observing the testing kitts as they travel around these two new cities. Now we have officially launched service in both of these geofences. As a part of our 3rd shift team we observe as the vh6’s travel the predetermined routes and are there if they are to ever arrive into a scenario they are unable to get through autonomously. Teleops provides the support needed to give the absolute best possible experience for any rider.
