As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, I oversaw multiple high-volume outlets including Regina's Pizzeria, Wingstop, Subway, Fuddrucker's, Noodle Bar & Dunkin Donuts. In this position I managed a team of up to 30 restaurant staff in these outlets, maintaining exceptional customer service and quality standards.

My duties and responsibilities included:

• Creating and managing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during all shifts, peak times, and reduced labor costs.
• Conducting both development and recognition performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback for professional growth.

• Training staff on proper cooking procedures as well as food safety regulations to ensure restaurant compliance with all federal, state, and local hygiene and food safety regulations.

• Overseeing inventory ordering, reducing waste and maintaining optimal stock levels.

As a shift lead for the Quick Service Restaurant department I would preform daily job duties as well as assisting the management team with overseeing operations and team members to ensure that shifts would run smoothly.

My duties and responsibilities included:

• Preforming day-to-day tasks such as food preparation, cooking, and front house guest service.
• Training new team members on proper protocols and procedures.
• Delegating daily tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Inventory tracking to assist in product ordering.
• Promptly resolved customer complaints, escalating major issues to management.

As as Quick Service Attendant I was responsible for both font and back house duties that included:

• Performing food preparation to meet franchise standards as well as food safety standards.
• Responded to customer needs efficiently and with knowledgeable assistance.
• Demonstrated flexibility in handling various tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and cashier duties.

As part of the Utility & Maintenance department my job duties included the following:

• Maintained grounds of all RockTenn commercial properties by preforming landscaping, renovations and visual repairs.
• Reported issues to property manager so effective resolutions could be put into place.
• Assisted in the installation of new utility systems, contributing to the expansion and improvement of infrastructure.
• Repaired and replaced pumps, valves and motors.
• Upheld high safety standards and OSHA guidelines on all tasks performed ensuring minimal accidents or injuries within the workplace.

While working at C & C Farms my duties included:

• Participated in seasonal harvest activities including picking fruits and vegetables, sorting produce, and preparing products for market sales or storage.
• Loaded and unloaded farm supplies and materials and stored in proper locations.
• Checked farmland for issues in need of attention, such as fences to mend and broken pipes to fix.
• Planted, cultivated and harvested corn, wheat and hay crops for optimal growth.
• Operated farm equipment such as tractors and trucks with extreme care and precision.
