- Repair, overhaul, and testing on over 20 types of electrical motors, motor generators and regulators for nuclear powered submarines.

- Conduct sound and vibration analysis on 8+ submarines for noise critical systems and minimize sound signature being produced.

- Ensure safe working conditions are being practiced to maintain the health of co workers and prevent equipment failures.

- Managed 300+ work packages to maintain quality assurance and proper completion of all jobs that came into the shop.

- Supervised and trained over 25 sailors on shop maintenance, repair, and safety.

-Led a group of 15 sailors to alter 3000+ lighting fixtures from fluorescent to LED, saving thousands of dollars per year.

-Trained over 50 junior personnel in electrical safety and how to combat electrical fires and flooding.

-Maintained small RHIB boats electrically to ensure they were ready for use in case of emergencies.

-Troubleshot and fixed over 500 pieces of equipment ranging from but not limited to lighting, electrical motors, ovens, freezers, aircraft charging stations and 4160v distribution centers.
