Inspect finished materials (cups, bowls, plates, etc.) visually or by using micrometers, water tests, test gauge, stack height gauges, rim diameter gauges and scales. Visually check materials for correct color, and print. Completes reports on Lid Fit report, Daily Quality check sheets in all departments, Initiate hold and rework procedures, Work with production staff to aid in the identification and correction of quality problems.
