  • Maintaining excellent performance and customer satisfaction record, regularly meeting or exceeding 7 day sales goals ranging from $20,000 to $300,000 varying by ship and itinerary.
  • Lead a close knit team ranging from 3 to 6 people aboard each cruise ships worldwide. Each individual's contract varied from 3 months plus and we lived and worked with each other onboard 7 days a week during the entire length of our individual contracts.
  • Obtained in-depth knowledge of import/export procedures both foreign and domestic. Weekly shipments were sent and received under my responsibility. This included coordinating paperwork with local port authorities, Park West's shore-side gallery and each shipboard channel. Specific experience in drawing up standard bills of landing and landed good manifests, and thorough knowledge of several domestic/foreign procedural intricacies for Puerto Rico, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, and the United Kingdom.
  • Ensured a world class display of art and products at all times, adhering to strict guidelines for both safety and cruise line appearance standards.
  • Designed event advertisements, invitations, and marketing as well as ensuring the creation and delivery several times a week by myself and staff. Marketing was targeted by income level (cruise ticket price) and country of origin (for language purposes) in relation to the nature and content of the events themselves.
  • Immersive global and travel experience and first-hand knowledge of the local entertainment markets in all of the above regions and their surrounding areas. After 3 years I have had clientele numbering in the thousands from all over the world, with face to face interaction, negotiation, and eventual transactions with each.
