Coordinate and share information between staff and members. Lead rehearsals and teach choreography. Maintain an open and welcoming environment for all members to feel safe.

Teach students the fundamentals of dance and color guard. Choreograph and design competitive performances. Manage budget and schedule for the group. Plan fundraisers, events, competitions, and outreach activity. Collaborate with a team of individuals to create structure and cohesion between the different sections of students.
