I am responsible for overlooking the casino operations protecting casino assets property, team members, and patrons.

I also am responsible for card counting possible patrons when called on by Table games personnel.

I also look for procedural errors made by table games personnel, such as dealers not walking their game. not paying attention to table games Layout, and dealers failing to enforce table games protection by letting patrons cheat by capping the betting wagers and pinching the betting wagers.

I won team member of the month in June of 2022, for catching 14 patron cheats in 3 consecutive months.

I also was awarded by General manger, for observing/stopping a $4,500 mistake made by dealer who drew 21 beating all customers. And still managed to pay all of the patrons losing wagers.

When it comes to the job of surveillance I let my eyes do the talking and wait for the next mishap to occur. In surveillance that's is what surveillance agents do.
