I have dedicated myself to working in the field of customer service for 8 years, I am easy to communicate. I have also worked in a restaurant as a cashier, waiter and barista.
The American Institute (IGA) is the only binational educational institution in Guatemala. My main function was to guide the client in their course assignment or school year. I helped parents with various information they requested about their children, followed up on complaints and solved problems on the platform.
