During my tenure as a Corporal, I would conduct comprehensive training programs; develop and maintain training materials; monitor trainee performance; collaborate with leadership and department supervisors; respond to aggressive or disruptive patients and visitors; respond to emergency security codes; conduct routine patrols; provides high-level customer service; monitor hospital access; document incidents and safety concerns; and support emergency response operations. I would ensure newly appointed officers have everything they need to perform their assigned duties, are knowledgeable on current policy and procedures, and address any of their concerns prior to my signing off on their training. I make decisions or solve problems based on available information or premises. Having sound cognitive skill that involves analyzing facts, options, pros and cons, and making informed decisions to achieve goals. Being responsive to customer needs in reference to the management of time, and the effectiveness with which inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed. Having the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve challenges effectively.

Conducted flight crew security screening using advanced imaging technology, X-ray machines, and pat-down procedures to ensure compliance with TSA regulations. Inspected carry-on bags and checked luggage to identify prohibited items, threats, or security risks, while verifying pilots’ and jump seaters’ identification and boarding documents with professionalism and excellent customer service. Operated security equipment and followed established screening protocols to protect traveling crew, responding promptly to security incidents, alarms, and potential threats. Maintained situational awareness and upheld a secure environment within screening areas, communicating effectively with flight crew, coworkers, and supervisory staff to support efficient operations. Additionally, conducted escorts and patrolled the property, including the airport runway, to ensure overall safety and security.
