- FY25 Humanitarian Award Winner, noticed a driver was choking on some food she had recently eaten. Sprinted about 50 yards across the facility and immediately performed the Heimlich Maneuver. Was able to dislodge the food from her throat and stop her from choking.
- Known throughout the facility by package handlers as an ally and someone they can always count on. Over the course of two years, I have taken it upon myself to help over 25 people with transportation to and from FedEx. Personally, spending my time, energy, and money for the betterment of the facility. Many of these people were international students who did not own cars and were forced to walk to work due to the lack of public transportation in Bowling Green, Ohio.
- Mentored over 120 new hires, resulting in stronger staff development and increased productivity.
- Provided one-on-one mentoring to help individuals reach their full potential within the organization.
- Switcher Certified, I have hundreds of personal hours logged in the switcher and have never had any sort of incident or problem.
- Performed Physical labor at the highest quality to demonstrate to new hires not only mentally but physically what is expected throughout the facility.
- Average unload time of a 1000 package trailer is around 35-55 minutes, my personal best time is 18 minutes, with an expectation to be done in no more than 30 minutes for every single truck I am involved with.
