I worked for an inside wireman shop for 2 years during high school and got pretty well rounded with a lot of wiring tasks as a whole. I work in the outside division now which I come across wiring quite often and can more than likely than not figure out on my own. I do a lot of the bucket truck work for the crew I am on.
On a regular day to day basis we do a lot of different things such as
-Installed PVC and HDPE poly piping for various applications.
-Performed digging, excavating, and augering to locate and set underground utilities.
Light pole heads, splicing, circuitry, trouble shooting (bad wiring, blown fuses and/or breakers or dead shorts), Triplex hanging and splicing, concrete work (pouring, finishing, anchor bolts, ground rods, rebar), etc
