I am a graduate of Wayne County High school and a first year student at Morehead University. I have been accepted into the Bachelor of Nursing program and excited to advance myself in this career path. I am looking forward to gaining as much experience and knowledge as possible. I would like to compliment my academic learning with some real world, hands on experience and feel employment at your facility would compliment my classes at Morehead. If chosen I feel that I can be of value to your organization by working hard, being dependable and most importantly providing exceptional patient care while keeping patient safety and confidentiality a number one priority.
My duties with Safe harbor my second year mirrored my first. I also was in charge of renting boat and jet ski slips. I continued to provide customer service to make sure each visitor felt welcomed and enjoyed their stay.
Managed all aspects of the Beaver Creek dock store. This included running cash drawer, stocking shelves as needed. The position required that I handle all customers request and needs in a professional manner to ensure their satisfaction while at our facilities were met. This position also required me to be an effective communicator with all employees both in person and via two way radio. I was in charge of houseboat rentals which included filling out all required forms, gathering and recording the customer information along with calculating fees and collecting payments. I was also in charge of briefing our customers on safety while in and around our dock area.
My employment there was for two summer seasons during my high school years. I worked until the tourist season was over each year and have since enrolled in Morehead University.
