- Briefed the SES, Admirals, Program and Deputy Program Managers of the business and contracting strategies that support contract award and provided the risk assessment associated with the procurement of the largest US Coast Guard fleet of ships.
- Developed the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) for ship assets, briefed to SES, Admiral, Program and Deputy Program Managers.
- Developed the Request for Proposal for the largest US Coast Guard Fleet of ships which includes the technical requirements and specifications including all electrical and mechanical systems, RADARs and radio communication systems.
- Managed the development of the Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) schedule for each ship asset.
- Managed the completion of the technical evaluation of proposals to support negotiation and contract award of the Cutter including providing an evaluation and interpretation of Earned Value Management (EVM) of the presented accounts.
