I grew up on a ranch so my knowledge of operating equipment is quite extensive. I’ve operated; skid steers, tractors, and bailers. Since leaving the ranch, my mining background has offered me the opportunity to expand my heavy equipment operating skills to powder buggies, fork lifts of many sizes, loaders, excavators, and haul trucks. On the business side of things, I’m an enthusiastic and outstanding performer in customer service and management skills within the United States Postal Service. Proven success in leadership, operational excellence and organizational development with keen understanding of elements of team work, punctuality, and confidentiality. Recognized for flexibility and willingness to assist in any area needed. Motivated to learn, grow and excel.

I am confident in my leadership skills. While employed with the United States Postal Service, I had several opportunities to successfully manage the post office and my team when the Post Master could not be present. Those duties included scheduling, payroll, finding coverage for sick leave and call offs, etc. As an Operator with Moran Mining and Tunneling, I assisted in training new hires on equipment. I love a challenge and am committed to being a strong team player.
