I have been with Merrill for almost 2 years although I have about 8 years total working for finance. I have been working my way up to learn and eventually be a financial professional. I used to work for retail banking which was a very good thing for me since I was very comfortable speaking with clients while also performing a role in sales. Coming into wealth management has deepened my interest in my job and love to help clients achieve their goals regardless of other circumstances. I now help my team build portfolios and enroll clients with managed products depending on their investment objectives.
I am an international wealth management client associate who works with a very high producing group of financial advisors. Throughout my time working for Merrill, I have established such a good connection with my team regarding growth and client interactions. I have learned how to place trades, open accounts and help clients achieve the outcomes for their portfolio's while it is achieving more income, or planning for retirement and also establishing a relationship of trust with them. Although I dedicate a lot of my work with international clientele, I also work with domestic clients which is great because it has showed the different behavior with each client. I do have my SIE, Series 7 and I am currently studying for my Series 66, and once fully registered, I plan on working on my CFP.
I was a personal banker in the Sharyland branch and I have learned how to manage the branch on my own when my branch manager is out since I am a manager on duty. I have created my own book of business in client central and have made it a daily habit to contact my clients and/or meetings for the day. I have also engaged a strong relationship with my clients and team and always try to exceed expectations when offering products to new or existing clients. I'm a great team player and always get my relationship banker involved or my CPC banker if there is a great opportunity or at least for a potential client.
I started working for Chase in May of 2016 as a teller and learned so many new things. Starting as a teller, I learned how to multitask and create a relationship with the client while I assited them with their transaction. I loved what I did and decided to move up as personal banker after speaking to my manager my career goals with the company.
As a lead manager at Chick fil A is where is exaclty got my customer service from and learned how to handle any upset clients.
