  • Currently the lead process of all outgoing and incoming student clinical affiliation agreements covering 5 campuses (OKC, Tulsa, Lawton, Duncan, and Norman) requests from clinical faculty and graduate students covering 7 graduate programs
  • Currently CON has 400-425 active agreements and based on OUHSC legal the agreement may remain active for no more than five years.
  • Work with over 150 umbrella facilities covering Oklahoma and a few in Texas
  • Speak with Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operational Officer, Executive Director, private practice owner, clinical managers, and office managers daily
  • Majority of communication through email
  • There is not a project management system in process, so designing a useable EXCEL spreadsheet to track current, withdrawn, or expired agreements to gather data needed.
  • Some searchable features will be the type of site, location, status of the agreement, program, focus, OUHSC agreement SoonerTrack II process ID number.
  • Created an online form for graduate nursing students in Cognito and once submitted it is used for tracking purposes then viewed by program leadership, clinical coordinators, and useful data required by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing APRN annual report
  • Family Nurse Practitioner program administrator and Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) program sub-administrator for the Typhon web-based software platform used to track clinical rotations and patient encounters
  • Conclusion of each term, pull reports by student name for each graduate program clinical rotation total hours of preceptor donation to send a formal OUHSC CON Academic Affairs letter the preceptor can use towards their recertification.
  • The last three years prior to each session/term completed course enrollment including courses open, closed, and removed including primary and secondary faculty, schedule opened in the OUHSC PeopleSoft system of record.
  • Based on the needs of the college for each term, open those courses needed for enrollment and to show in course catalog
  • Due to the agreement needs and requirements, 3 people have been hired to take over PeopleSoft enrollment, so created the training materials based on CON's needs for courses during the calendar year to make the training run smoothly
  • Training materials were built in TEAMS for live access
