• Managed day-to-day operations, including supervision and assignment delegation for field inspection of property damage

Review final report from field inspection, photos, estimate and diminished of value evaluation. Sending final report to claims adjuster to determine resolution of claim based on final report from field adjusters inspection as an independent 3rd party.

Assist insurance carrier with complex claims for settlement, invoice for services rendered.

• Review loss information set reserves contact insured and contractors involved and investigate, valuate the settlement of the property claim using policies and procedures set by company during hurricane Florence
• Contents, ALE utilizing company software Inspire
• Assisting insured, agents and contractors

• Contact with customers for damage inspections, take photos and meet with contractors/Public Adjuster regarding inspection scope for agreed inspection using Xactimate& sketch from Hurricane Irma.

• Assisting new adjusters using guidelines provided by Insurance Company.
• Verify time for payroll, approve time request.
• Acting Liaison between firm management & client managers Review Total Loss Claims & Express claims for resolution.

• Investigated various claims in Commercial lines, and personal auto claims and homeowners claims in Dallas area

Duties include investigate losses evaluate estimates and process
settlements. Process proceeds from total loss salvage sales. Verify title and best practices to sale vehicle within state guidelines.

• Review property claims and estimates for necessary and reasonable repairs.
• Ensure photos of damages are in line with damage estimate and support report submitted by Field Adjuster.
• Recommendation for negotiation claim settlements and submit claim for payment.
• Back up TPA Team members assist with work load, give policy information to point of contact with the Commercial Insurance Company.

• Verify coverage under workers comp policy investigate medical only, and loss time claims set up assigned to proper team for further handling in a timely manner.
• Handling auto, general liability claim contact insured and claimant in a timely manner, Establish reserves Investigate facts, Determine liability.
• Resolve claims involving property damage and minor bodily injury.
• Obtain Customer information for new loss set up either to work claim or reassignment to another claim handler.
