Experience in spearheading the implementations and operations pf major integrated health information systems to improve efficiency and profitability. I have been fortunate to live and work internationally in Germany, Japan, Mexico and Kwajalein, Marshall Islands. While working, I explored all that each culture had to offer and tried to give back in each community I visited. I love reading books on energy and how each of us and our movements are created from energetic spaces. Every year in November I have my own personal give back campaign for the homeless creating survival kits/backpacks and distributing through Christmas and in each year I grow the number of packs by 25 this year having delivered over 300 with the assistance of family, friends, former employees and former clients.
I workout 5 days a week and eat a very green, clean diet to ensure I age well mentally and physically and practice mindful meditation daily and yoga to start each of my days then giving thanks for the gift of the new day I have been granted and ask for guidance to be impactful in each of my movements in that day.
