Passionate Fire Dispatch Supervisor currently worker as the QA and Training officer for Fire Communications. Back up "Dispatch Manager" handling all things for members of FCB, command staff request, and EMS QA and medical director concerns. Handle confidential information and request from the Law department for Baltimore City, providing 911 audios and CAD reports. I conduct over 200 QA reports a month for 20 plus dispatchers reviewing 7 calls for each member. Participate and provide running assignments for the FOCAS lab at the Baltimore City fire Academy. Participate in over 6 working groups of quality assurance including BCRI, Nurse NAvigation, ASU program, CAD recourses and upgrades, as well as after action report material. I fill vacancies as a supervisor and acting administrator on the dispatch floor.
