Currently employed as a Federal civilian employee for almost six years. My employment is at a Fort Bliss installation clinic named Hugo Mendoza medical center, address is 11335 SSG Sims, Fort Bliss, Tx.79906. I work salary, full time 40 hours per week at a GS5 grade. The following are duties that consist with my job:

• Operated medical equipment and conducted diagnostic tests to support patient care initiatives.

• Trained junior technicians on equipment usage and standard operating procedures effectively.

• Collected blood samples using venipuncture and capillary techniques, ensuring patient comfort and compliance.

• Collaborated with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless sample collection and tracking processes.
• Trained new phlebotomists on procedures, safety protocols, and best practices in specimen handling.
