Manage three people within my department.

Accounts Reviewable - Work with team as they process AR payments and review AR Accounts. Review and release 3rd party credits throughout the month.

Chargebacks - Work with employees to make sure chargebacks are processed daily and errors are handled promptly. Help send out emails to wholesalers to request pricing be reviewed.

Rebates: Work with team to make sure all new rebates are set up properly and processed monthly and quarterly as needed. I approve and put together the payment requests for all rebates.

Contracts: Manage contract item set up and contract price changes within the iContracts system.

Governent Reporting-

AHP - Work with employee to make sure all five labeler coded NDC's are set up correctly in iContracts and MDP (CMS) system. Validate set up and certify set up. Work with 3rd party to review quarterly invoicing and payments out to states. Make sure AMP, URA, ASP and PHS prices are correct.

GNP - I set all items up in iContracts and MDP system.

I do monthly and quarterly processing of AMP, URA and PHS for both GNP labeler codes. I also review with 3rd party quarterly invoicing and payments to states.
