I have Coached a variety of teams and have had different roles doing so. I have learned alot from past experiences with different coaches ive played for and coached with. I think it is very important for High School athletes to have enjoyable and productive athletic careers and should be able to be given the tools to be better people on and off the field aswell as to be guided in the right direction if they wish to make it to the Collegiate level.
