Worked with 102nd Tank Battalion to develop training plan for level one qualification gunnery at Fort Drum New York. Provided on site guidance and support during gunnery. Assisted battalion to successfully qualify 58 tanks on Tank Table VIII. Worked with Battalion Intelligence Officer to develop intelligence products for future exercise at Fort Leavenworth's Simulation Center.

Served as Analyst for Division Design Analysis. Assisted in publishing several studies.

Completed three successful deployments to Combat Maneuver Training Center in Hohenfels, Germany. Completed several level one gunneries at Grafenwoher with 100 percent first run qualifications. Served as Observer Controller for 2/37 Armor's training in Kuwait. Completed two Army Training and Evaluation Programs.

Developed plan to train 1500 Individual Ready Reserve soldiers to become M1A1 Tank and Bradley Crews. Provided Operations Center at Grafenwoehr Germany for Brigade's execution of this mission. Served as Brigade Operations Officer for three Battalion Deployments to Combat Maneuver Training Center in Hohenfels, Germany.
