Being in the customer service industry for 8 years I have gathered many useful skills for a variety of careers paths. Working and volunteering my way through high school and college, I have development time management and communication skills that allow me to multi-task in different environments. After receiving my bachelors degree and entering the working world, I understood the importance of patience, strategy, and interpersonal skills to really succeed as an employee and thrive within my position. I am confident that I can bring those skills with me and thrive at this organization.
