• Operate a multi-line emergency phone system and computer aided dispatch system to answer and enter 911 calls to facilitate service for fire department, EMS and law enforcement personnel.

• Transfer high priority calls to other 911 personnel while relaying concise and pertinent information.
• Utilize resources from the internet such as Google maps, social media and other software to assist in information gathering during call taking.
