Seasoned service manger with over 15 years shop management experience, bolstered by experience in vehicle sales and experience as a technician. My managed shop at United Access was one of the top performers in the company, and my technicians were consistently top performers. At Tom's Camperland we grew from a practically non-existent service/ parts department with a handful of employees to a large service/ parts center with 28+ employees in a 4 yr. period. We were delivering 140+ units a month and producing $500K+ a month in service revenue. Good leadership skills have allowed me to have a great team with a positive outlook, and an eagerness to hit set goals. Over my career, my knowledge and experience has been utilized to train other service managers in multiple states. I am seeking a change to a higher caliber position that offers opportunities for growth and advancement.
