  • In this role, I was tasked with recruiting a brand-new board of volunteers to help conduct a fundraising campaign, in which we raised over $75,000 towards local Scouting. I wrote small grants to secure additional funds to support our program. Lastly, I oversaw 4 special events (golf outing, sporting clays shoot, luncheon, and bistro dinner), and recruited volunteers to each events respective boards.
  • Lead a team of 2 Unit Serving Executives, 1 grant writer, and 1 Scout reach staff member. We served over 80 units in our 2 districts, hosted 2 special events (a luncheon and sporting clays tournament), and recruited more youth in the area than in the past 5 years.
  • Promoted from Development Executive to Unit Serving Executive, after only 10 months in position. Provided excellent customer service, recruited volunteers, conducted meetings for our district, ran numerous fundraising campaigns, as well as writing grants.
  • Assisted brand new units and struggling units to bring them up to a sustainable ranking. Conducted a golf outing on behalf of our organization, and ran numerous other campaigns. Met or exceeded all goals during quarterly reviews.
