- Worked with programmers to take a flat file web application to fully scalable international solution
- Implemented HA (High Availability) network infrastructure using Cisco switches
- Deployed and maintained multiple web and database servers for load balancing, staging and redundancy
- Worked with Inflow (later Sungard) data center to diagnose system availability latency
- Used packet sniffing to confirm bottleneck was Firewall and replaced with higher throughput Firewall
- Coordinated with programmers to provide ongoing website maintenance, updates and support
- Provided backup management and other administrative tasks including system documentation and monitoring

- Freightliner Software QA Network Lab in charge of 40 servers and 60 Workstations for the deployment of Windows 2000 software for testing, and re-imaging the servers and workstations back to base configuration for the Freightliner Software testing environment
- Implemented Y2K System updates to local departments onsite
- Additional position as Maintenance Support, for Desktop Services
- This team went desk to desk for user support in all buildings around Portland.
