Responsible for primary procurement support on Dream Chaser, MMRTG, eMMRTG, Next Gen RTG, Dragonfly and RS-68 ECU programs. Later, deeply involved with AEPS, NEXT-C, DART and SM-3 procurements. Managed challenging suppliers, including: Boeing, ZIN Technologies, Natel Engineering, Teledyne Energy Systems and Rosemount Specialty Products. Effectively supported both AR Space and Defense business units. Generated multiple cost-type contracts for complex electronic assemblies.

Responsible for primary procurement support on Lithium-Ion Battery Program, Dream Chaser, MMRTG and RS-68 ECU programs. Several complex contracts created and administered. Effectively balanced needs of AR Program Management and challenging suppliers to achieve win-win solutions.

Engaged in PTU program and challenging Lithium Ion Battery development effort. Successfully managed sensitive supplier relationships during battery transition from development to production. Effectively supported IRAD efforts.

Continued to support International Space Station procurement requirements. One of two key buyers on Tonopah Solar Power project and sole buyer for Solar Power Demonstration facility at Edwards Air Force Base. Readily engaged is procurement activities outside regular job scope, including facilities and construction. Coordinated and managed foreign buys for complex tracking and controller equipment.

Key procurement focal for defense related directed energy (laser) programs. Managed suppliers across wide array of products, including optics, chemicals, pressure vessels and complex structural assemblies. Participated in on-site review of Airborne Laser at EAFB. In addition, provided purchasing support for International Space Station program.

Served as Purchasing liaison for Atlas, Delta, MB-3, Quad Check Valve, Torpedo, Waterjet, THAAD development and Peacekeeper programs. Maintained continuous interaction between Programs and Procurement functions. Status presentations to management routine. Executed urgent buys as necessary to support programs.

Responsible for procurement of machined parts and assemblies in support of Atlas, Delta and Space Shuttle Main Engine programs.

Provided general procurement support across wide array of product lines and programs.

Developed fundamental procurement skills and knowledge of company processes, procedures and systems.
