Oversee receiving of replenishment and customer orders from REI DC’s, REI vendors, and third party logistics. Ensure accurate and complete fulfillment. Oversee E-commerce fulfillment at the store level through the SOM team. Maintain and ensure inventory accuracy with SAP. Collaborate with Inventory team to ensure accurate counting and posting of on hand inventory. Oversee and maintain damaged inventory processing through an innovative team collaboration, all the way up to, and including , merchandising for the customer. Work to find solutions to complex facilities challenges to ensure efficient processes in the warehouse.

Designed, installed and maintained several features in the living landscape exhibit for the museum. Collaborated with landscape director to find solutions to challenging problems regarding irrigation, stabilization of geological features, and installing signage in the interest of enhancing the educational experience that the exhibit offers.

Worked in a dynamic, fast paced and challenging position to engage with customers to provide a premium hospitality experience. Operated and maintained a complex and then state of the art POMA detachable arial lift system. Held crucially important responsibility relevant to documenting safety and maintenance safeguards and inspections on a daily basis, and ensuring accountability for these reports. Forged and supported a culture of teamwork and collaboration with an elite group of lift operations technicians. Provided guests with an exceptional and satisfying resort experience.
