I am considered as a team player, I’m willing to learn about anything if I don’t know how to do something. I change over

machines in Superfinish. Prior to that i was a operator for 7 years and spent 2yrs in the shipping department, loading

trucks, unloading trucks by using a forklift. working in the warehouse, wrapping pallets and taking pallets off of production

lines. Then i got a option to go to days so i went to assembly for 1yr and 1/2. Now as of Aug 11th 2025, i am a full time

employee at Pella Windows in Shenandoah,IA. Ever since i started working here, i have started in unit pre finish for a

couple months then i was moved down to the roll screen robot. where there I found myself helping over in ILT and then

in November I started showing interest in roll screen and eventually found myself primarily stationed there. i also have

ran the rails drill station in recovery. I have trained a couple people on the robot and in the roll screen department. I am

well known as an extremely fast learner and willing to learn anything. i have accomplished so much in less then a yr.
