I was Plant lead/trainer for 16 years ,I been a Refinery lead for 3 years now. I am very experienced with the process of the plant and carbon columns . I had 3 years previous leach experience before moving to the crusher were I gained 3 years experience in the crushing/matince process at my previous employment .
